Bama, I discovered the beauty of dressings when I studied in the USA in HS. I don't think they were even sold here in the 1990's, so it was a new thing for me. The one I fell in love with was poppyseed dressing - never saw it sold anywhere outside of the USA
L.Ann, I see you have a busy weekend ahead with a cheerleading tournament!
lauralind, is DS getting tested for autism tomorrow? Oh, yikes, I see about the cold, tough decision!

Trissie, that’s an interesting fun fact I never would have thought of. I’ve never cared for ranch and I live amongst ranch lovers but I do love vinaigrettes (except balsamic, too dark for me) and red wine vinegar with salt and pepper on a nice salad. Mmm.
Peaches, please don’t tell my cats about your kitty mani/pedis or I fear a riot will occur here.
Not much happening here, I have the donwannas, notgonnas bad. Probably due to the rain. I made something to eat, according to this new app I don’t eat enough, but first I had to do some basics…wipe down horizontal surfaces, feed inside pets, scoop litter boxes, and spot clean floors. Now I can’t find dh’s tv remote, it’s always in the same spot. Grrr. I messaged him, this is an emergency if his employer asks, and have yet to hear anything. The nerve.
Eating a cheese toast and drinking chocolate milk while I wait.

Sometimes, one needs a relaxed day.
Glad you get to sleep in tomorrow, trissie. I always think of homemade dressings as superior. 
Did you get some rest today, Lauralind?
L Ann, Mom seems to be doing well. She drank like 24 ounces of liquid during the 2 hours I was with her this morning. I was also able to feed her more of her breakfast as well. I've heard her speak more (answering questions) the last 2 days than I've heard her speak the last 2 weeks. Her afib settled itself, so that's good. Maybe it was caused by dehydration + the UTI.
Well, I was at the hospital this morning, went home to prep. Then, I taught my class and more or less reviewed them for their midterm test. And now I'm back at the hospital, sitting with Mom. The nurse came in and gave her a cloth bath. I'm hoping she'll be able to leave tomorrow.
I need to head out now and pick up salmon and broccoli for dinner tonight. I came back to the hospital last night since I didn't stop by in the afternoon, but I don't think I'll return tonight since I'm here for the 2nd time now. I'm also very very tired. An early night would be good for me. I'm meeting the trainer across town at 8 a.m. tomorrow. Then, walking with friend B immediately afterward.
