Hi, kittykatt, peaches!
Hi others, if you're there, (my phone doesn't show as much as my computer)
I'm at my cabin. The live quilt auction and associated activities yesterday brought in >$110,000 for the Bible Camp ministry a few miles from my cabin, that is one of the main charities I support. It's a lovely summer day.
I got to church this morning, made blueberry pancakes for brunch
Since I'm going home today, I have sheets washed and drying, on a rack outside, towels in dryer.
Spent some time reading, and I'm working on my mother's prayer shawl. I had put it aside for a few weeks, and had to pull out 3 rows to remember the pattern! Now I have written it down so it should be easier!
Church was hour and a half earlier than home - I'm ready for a nap!

Hi, Gma, I'm glad you're having a lovely time at the cabin, and that's an amazing sum to have raised for charity. Also glad the weather is cooperating!

I'm sitting in my garden, enjoying the cool of the evening. Going to do a little more, while the light still lasts. I love these long summer evenings!

Fix dripping kitchen tap (new washer ?)- DF E has given me the phone number of her plumber . I think DF CW also has a plumber she is happy with?

Empty spare room tallboy, take drawers out and move it into the bedroom
Decide what I'm going to store in here and.fill those drawers (it doesn't have to be "perfect"!)
More decluttering in bedroom - drawers under the bed, my clothes (a continuous process!)

Sorry about the power outage Doggedly. Ugh. Way to find a silver lining! Did the inspection go OK?

We made it safely to ds + F's house yesterday! We saw their house, got sushi for dinner, and stopped by TJ's. We need to get more groceries today - or maybe tomorrow morning. I'd like a diet Dr P, so I think I'll need to go to the grocery store today to get that.

This morning, we went to the church that ds + F are visiting. We really liked it! Then, we got bagels for lunch. Everyone is chilling right now. Eventually, dh and I will go to a coffee shop. I'd like to go for a walk. Dd29 arrives sometime soon-ish; she stayed an extra night in Seattle for some social and work meetings. I'd really like to eat in rather than out for dinner tonight.

We're packing up again and heading to Olympic National Park tomorrow! Weather looks fantastic!
