trissie, I guessed - but I think it was a correct guess based on Shalom in Hebrew, Salam in Arabic.
WTG being done with procrastination!
Lauralind, I wonder how your parents will like the motor home?
Nice you could have a slow morning, L Ann. The dog swim sounds like fun!!
Well, I did my back exercises, gathered my stuff, and drove to the park to jog -- and then turned around and came home because I was feeling awfully nauseous. I took my med this a.m. with a banana bc I was in a hurry -- but it goes better with an egg (maybe the fat in the yolk?) SO I have just boiled an egg and eaten it. I'll try jogging again this afternoon.
In the meantime, I'm going to have some qt and start laundry.
Next:
- some qt
- lol 1: washing
- finish groc. list
Later:
- jog
- s2s and self care
- some qt
- menu plan and groc. list for the week
- Kroger
- put groceries away
- clean sheets on bed
- laundry darks w d f pa
- laundry lights w d f pa
- laundry sheets? (I have other sheets to put back on the bed, but I like this set.)
- lunch at some point
- payroll: grade HW
- payroll: prep IR D8
- payroll: gradelink week 4
- writing time
- knitting time: focus on the baby sweater
- 30 minutes in dd27's room
- 1 shelf in fridge
- dinner: quinoa taco bowls, green salad
- after dinner clean up
- duolingo (I couldn't load my Spanish lessons last night - strange)
- update health apps
TaDas!
- up; weighed self -- egads, the scale thinks I gained 2 pounds in 3 days
- coffee
- email deletions + weather website
- reclaimed kitchen
- menu plan made
- back exercises
- gathered everything to jog; drove to park --> drove home
- boiled egg and ate it (nausea - from antibiotic, I hope)

Yes he can drive fine. Has class 3 or something. I think they will like the motorhome . If it were dad and mom was healthy I would be all for it. I'm thinking they're gonna get somewhere and she is ready to go home. Get confused where she is.. get lost. Care for her in her condition... she should be thinking stable care home in a while.
I'm off to town. A couple project things. Hot dog stuff. Milk . Coffee cream.. then otd.
Ds got up just before 10

Good afternoon!
Happy Labor Day, Happy September! First of the brr months and I’m excited for it.
Thanks for the castle link, kittykatt.
Trissie, sorry about the sting. School started very early here, August 8.
Helia, good info on Selam. Hope the egg helped.
LAnn, slow mornings are good.
Laura, hope everything gets worked out with dparents. A travel home sounds nice but not sure of practicality in certain circumstances.
Peaches, hi.
Dh is home so I’ve just been piddling here and there. Hard to work or find motivation when he’s underfoot. I can’t dive into anything without interruptions and he’s clueless on that. So I piddle here and there. He did go get breakfast which was nice and much appreciated. Now I need to return the favor and figure out supper.

(((trissie))) I can't imagine standing around a museum with your foot swollen like that. I am glad that you got to see Lucy and Selam though.
Sorry about the rain, Kittykatt. Though lately, my attitude to the weather is "if I'm not on fire or under water, I'll take it." The past couple of days we have had gorgeous summer weather, the kind where you can actually have the windows open. I know that you will find excellent ways to get things done while it rains.
Most of our stores are closed today, helia. Some grocery stores have partial hours, and a couple of shopping centres are open. Happily, it's a beautiful summer day, so I hope that the retailers paying time and half and making their staff work on Labour Day will find that it's not worth it.
L.Ann, a slow morning is a nice break for you.
That could work out to be a very good thing, Lauralind. A bit of a break for you, where you can concentrate on your own goals, and for your ddad a chance to feel in control. If it doesn't work out as a long term plan, it will bring understanding.
