Day 2 is in the books.

Wtg!
“Move a muscle, change a thought” is my March mantra.
Arm weights

Spend time outside at sunset daily to walk and set circadian rhythm for a good nights sleep (does that work? We will find out)

It must work as I’ve been falling asleep around 8-9pm which is too early for me, I have to get up to let the dogs out one more time and I get hungry, not eating though, drinking water to see if that helps, so now I’m wide awake at 1am lol
Keep working on:
Pelvic exercises
Exercise
Try something new
Sample wines
Routines
Pets - brush, manicures

So far, my new sleep schedule is working. I am getting over 8 hours of sleep a night. Is this just beginner success or will it last? Time will tell.
The scales are now headed in the correct direction after my recent weight gain. Why is it so easy to gain weight and so difficult to lose it?

I am mentally fighting with myself to get into bed on time. I remind myself that I don't have to go to sleep but only get into bed
(knowing that I fall asleep within a couple minutes). Some days I remind myself of a cranky toddler fighting sleep and coming up with all kinds of reasons why they should stay up.
I've made the decision to do this so hopefully the resistance will reduce as I get used to this 8pm habit.
I had another 8+ hour sleep last night so the results are worth effort of learning to do this habit.
