Oh wow, Bama. Amazing you can do everything on your phone. I'm not so good with my phone - I do a lot of things on my laptop. Having a laptop is a necessity for me and for my payroll. In fact, the school will provide teachers with laptops if they need one. We don't do desktops anymore, though dh may have a monitor somewhere.
Ooh, happy errands and enjoy the Amish market, L Ann.

Now that our bank accounts are a tad lighter, I'm going to go on with my day. :D

Next:
- back exercises
- s2s and self care
- squeegee and wipe down shower

Done:
- some qt
- signed tax forms digitally
- paid estimated taxes (for stocks sold)
- paid lawn guys

Hello, all. It's a glorious sunny day, if a bit too cold to have the patio door open. I went to put on a pot of coffee, but there was less than my standard 8 spoonfuls in the container. The new containers are behind the carts in the walk in closet. There is laundry and laundry bags hanging off of the cart. That is the point at which I decided to depart from my tried and true 8 spoofuls and fill the water up to the line that says 8. I had 3 spoonfuls, so I measured 3 cups of water in, which shot the water up past 4 on the gauge. So I started my day off with weak coffee, and I am speculating on the weirdness of the water gauge on my coffee maker. It's too early for life's mysteries, or maybe I am not caffeinated enough.

Thanks, helia. Horizontal time fixes everything. But I am happy to turn the laundry room over to you. :D I hope that the laundry won't make your arm and shoulder any worse.

You are so right about the limits of imagination, Kittykatt. My foster sister had barbies, which I had never had. I mostly drew cutouts, cut them out and then made up stories and acted them out. My foster sister used to put clothes on her barbies, take them off and put other clothes on. And that's it. Can you imagine? Then I moved in, and suddenly the roller skates were racing cars and the barbies drove them from the bedroom to the beach in the living room, where they dove off of the foot stool into the carpet.
It sounds like you have a delightful Friday planned, enjoying the good weather and your time outside.

Bama, I love that your community is so forward thinking and reasonable as to allow milkweed to be sold. When I had my house, the city passed a toxic weed law that made it illegal to have milkweek on our property. Mine was in the back of the property mixed in with other local plants and my plan was to pretend that I didn't know it was there if I ever got caught.

I am at the end of Page 1. Time to practise virtue and industriousness, as they do not come naturally to me.

Friday
Picked up dog’s food
Put on a pot of coffee.
Heart pill for Germane
Set alarm for one hour.
Cleaned up after dog
Prepped potatoes and vegetables and cooked in microwave
Put away some of the laundry bags
Start new dirty laundry bag

Enjoy your visit to the Amish, L.Ann.--Oh, I see that you have made it back and the Amish came through for you.

helia, so good of the tax man to relieve us of being weighed down by our overfilled bank accounts!

Well, then, we will return our jaws to the upright position Bama. But I reserve the right to be a little bit impressed with someone who can sail through life without a computer.

Friday
Picked up dog’s food
Put on a pot of coffee.
Heart pill for Germane
Set alarm for one hour.
Cleaned up after dog
Prepped potatoes and vegetables and cooked in microwave
Put away the laundry bags
Start new dirty laundry bag
Offered Germane dog food
Cleaned up after dog
Checked laundry and put away dry
Put away dry dishes
Breakfast

I have a new toy to play with that dovetails nicely with getting clothes to dry faster so that I can pack them. Picture a hair dryer from the 1960s. Add a loop for hanging to the base, remove the hose and make the bonnet long enough to fit a shirt or skirt. Who could resist? Not me!

wiped off counters
delivered ad for mother's apartment to the college.

TODO

Enjoy your new workboots, Gma.

Yes, it amounts to blow drying my clothes, LOL, helia. It works as advertised and has a nice quiet motor, but unfortunately the bag is so short that any top I own crumples up in bottom. As you can imagine, that is not the effect that I want for my tshirts. I may find a use for it for smaller things, or it remains a toy.
