I have done store run today.
Dsis said yesterday lightening took out one of her land line phones but she was okay.
[She was gone at the time.]

I was up in the nite did some tasks
baked bread
vacuumed Liv. room
did dishes and spiffed up the kitchen.
Allergies were acting up I think.
Went back to bed for a couple of hours.

The out for a quick walk around the block with ddoggo.
Off to town back home rinse off the rig. <- my anti. P. task.
Got items put away had a bit to eat.

Nice weather here today.
Got my steps in.
Finished one knitting project started another.
I got a couple of plants to put in the ground when I change out of my town clothes.

Waving!

Oh, my.

I join Cathy in a somewhat unsuccessful Errand Day.

The script cost was astonishing and so I decided to talk to insurance and dr and make sure this is definitely what we want to do. yipes. Short answer, it is, but it's not as bad as it looked at first. This falls into the "nobody ever promised you a rose garden" part of life, and I'll deal with it. So, when I take this bad-tasting medicine, the face I make will reflect the reaction of both taste buds and wallet, lol.

Shaking that off (until tomorrow, when we'll go back),

The home improvement big store had a few choices of organic dry sprinkle fertilizer and I chose between the N, P, K s on those and feel pretty good about my choice. HRH was just about at the end of his patience, though, after waits and frustrations, so I was able to do very little shopping among the lovely, and completely different, plant choices. Sigh. I feel pouty :( thinking about the days of simply getting into my car and driving away to the shopping I chose, staying as long as it took. But... .. he actually thought he had been long-suffering, lol. Hated to explain otherwise.

Came home with 3 plants. Surprisingly nice, I think. But 3? Really? lol.

And just that quick, did at least get the upcoming blood work appts each month changed to the more local office as doctor had offered me. Funny how the same day can hold such delays and then quick results.

Also, an eyedrop change for HRH at a better price and to delivery as well, which will be much more convenient.

Nancy, I hope to be joining you on planting some this afternoon or evening.

After over-doing it yesterday with the dusting, I have done NOTHING today, except attend yoga this morning.
I came home snd took a long nap.
I am still coughing and blowing my nose constantly — but at least the headache is gone.
I will go back to church for my Bible study tonight.,
Tomorrow is another day.

Oh my, dh is driving me crazy. I have wanted to replant a tree in the backyard - they are wanting to do it on Monday and we'll be away and he thinks we need to be here so I can point to the place where it should be planted. I'm not that particular. Not to far out, not too close to house or firepit, and possibly centered between our two bedroom windows. I can leave piece of outside furniture there to mark it, or a stake. And I told him not to tell them to call me.

Finally there was agreement that we would meet tonight, but move to 5 p.m. so I 'm up here at my desk.

So many little irritations happening today. I'm feeling edgy and unhappy.

Well drat I have an Rx ready after I was down there this morning. sigh ~
Not today.
I did see that something has eaten quite a bit of one of my Tom. plants
and I saw a kind I've had good success with before so maybe I can get one of those.

One bright spot a dog a few doors down was out I closed the gate after it went back home.
Had lunch did an entry in my garden journal / planner.

Strange weather out looks great out one window the other clouds are going around us it appears.

I've been working on the living room zone today made some significant progress.
Heading in to the kitchen for starting my p.m. routine.
Today I found the work book for Atomic Habits so timely as I've restarted daily routines.

I failed at having a nap this afternoon.

Dh said he was only hungry enough for a sandwich. We both had sandwiches on fresh baked Italian buns. They were so good.

I bought a bag of "Sun Candy" brand mandarins today. WOW!! They were so good. I only ever see this brand at Walmart. Now I feel like going back and buying every bag they had. Now I know why one woman I saw grabbed (snatched) 3 bags out from under my slow moving hand.

Dh is watching Survivor. I think I'm going to go to bed early and read.
