Thanks for the start Kittykatt! Your garden must look lovely with all the attention you give it.
I was thinking of you while driving yesterday, with all the flowering trees... So beautiful. Also, the grass is gorgeous out there . Just a month ago, the trees were bare, the grass looked brown... May is my favourite month.
Dogged hope Germane lets you sleep.
helia I did not get to reply yesterday: We all go for this run (not my DH), DKids, DGkids.... I don't run any more so it is a long walk. (Really, a test to see whether I can still do it...) It is for a good cause, (camps for kids living with cancer), so we are happy to do it. I don't know about our forecast this time.... They are talking about rain.
I see a 5K planned for you:)
I read trissie's post. I felt so bad b/c I know what a toll taking care of aging/ailing parents can take... I hope you find solutions/help because what you are doing is not sustainable. (((((((((()))))))))))
I saw Bama, LAnn, Lauralind post. All kinds of good things being baked...
Spent most of the day out. I even managed a coffee with Dfriend:) who is also struggling with finding the right care for her dparents...
I was exhausted on my way home, had to take a 20 min. nap before my gym class. I truly did not want to go but I had promised my DDIL I'd be there... so I went - and she forgot to come
Today:
I really, REALLY must deal with the calls.
MUST clean fridge.
MUST pick up boots from shoe repair
Do (some) laundry.
Walk dpup.
PUPAS!!!
It's cloudy and gloomy out, rained overnight. Forecast calls for chance of showers all day - with a high of 12 C. A cool spring...
I will get started...
