LadyM, there was a January that I started with decluttering one thing on 1 January, two on 2 January, etc. as long as I could sustain it. In the early month, it was random sometimes - here's something that can go, but took intention and focus on an area as the month went by.
I'm still stalled on losing weight, may talk to doc about increasing dosage of Zepbound. Do need to focus on eating well. Activity level is good. I feel like I have a touch of plantar fasciitis in right foot. Feels like a "stone bruise" on the bottom of my foot in the heel area, so I'm not pushing the walking.
I'd like to get a stretching habit going.

Developing a declutter habit is my H&F focus in June. I will be posting daily progress in Sort, Tidy, Declutter thread.

Established healthy habits =

Sleep = 7hr 23min average 30 days

Hydration = 120oz+

Cronometer = 360 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1219 calories, 32% protein

Move my body in June = AM walks=24, Exercises=30, PM walks=16, 30-day average = 5314 steps, 9 hours with 250+ steps,

Better Bedtime routine during June = 25

Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -1.11% resulting in a total 16.53% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
Comparing my last scale reading to the first scale reading of June ......another month of slow weight loss. Over the past 12 months, I have consistently lost .5 to 1 pound a week. Last month i lost about a pound a week. This month the weight loss slowed down even more to about 1/2 pound a week. I am trying to not get frustrated with the slow weight loss and just be content to keep making progress.
I want to lose another 10 lbs to be at my dream weight. That means it will take 3-6 more months at this rate of weight loss.
On the flip side......I am beyond THRILLED with the difference in my weight today compared to one year ago. I have surprised myself by staying consistent for so long.
