I also agree that Christmas ideas should b at least 2 - 3 weeks before thanks giving - I send a note to each of my family to start thinking and have a list ready 3 days before thanksgiving and earlier if it needs to b ordered - we exchange names - the older siblings pick each other's names - then the cousins - 13 grandchildren - and now the new next will b the great nieces and nephews
