Chicken salad salads here...that is chicken salad on a green salad of lettuce and tomatoes. Have leftover Italian bread to go with it. Yay for an easy night! I am just not "with it" today.

plan may not what I want to do but will.

tonight mexican quiche topped with jalapeño pesto drizzled on.
nice greens with maybe a lime or lemon vinaigrette

thinking of stopping by the farmers market and see whats in season and also buy 3 organic free roam chickens for stock as I am out

Boneless pork ribs in the crock pot hoping to get the shredded pork sandwich on a bun effect from these. Time will tell.

ooooo sounds wonderful you two!!!

I made a jalapeno pesto from bobby fay that was really good. it becomes more mild the next day. we used it as a sandwich spread the next day.

tonight free for all as it's just me and dh tonight. our ac isn't working and thinking that a nice salad is a good idea.

tomorrow: bastille day: flammekueche, coq au vin, salad with dijon vinaigrette,

Yesterday's meal was so awesome I've been trying for a while to do that! So I wrote it down in my journal. Today trying it with chicken. H. said I'm in shredded meat mode! I said yep beef is next LOL!
