Hope LO is better by tomorrow, Okay.

Just got back from taking dh to dbil/dsil's. Almost missed this street and turned on my signal -kind of the last minute- and turned, Immediately Christmas lights went on behind me. Now that I'm not shaking any more ----Of course he took my license and wanted to see the registration (which is on our front window -may have helped that there's also a sheriff's sticker there). Turns out the stopped me because the tail light is out on the passenger side. Didn't think I was speeding. Asked him to make sure the brake & signal lights worked on that side though -they were.

Mosquitoes are so bad here right now. Remember when dd had her hip replaced a few years back that the PT would follow her walking down the street - batting a towel at her back to keep them off. I was sitting on the couch after coming in and happened to look down and there sat one on my pointer joint & I got him! :o But not before he bit I'm afraid.

DGD13 won't start school until Thursday so I'm keeping her tomorrow and we're going to O Garden for lunch -her favorite. Good test. So far so very good!

I hope everyone feels better tomorrow.

My bug may have come back, or my diet isn't right, something..

I got the "bring down the lunch" call, DH said for 3 and when I finally got there after stopping at sandwich shop and supermarket for sodas, there were 4. :x So I had to take DH out for his lunch. Then he had me drive him to H-D as the guys had broken a big tool while we were out.

I thought I was done, ah no. Took back a piece of rental equipment. Nervous pulling something behind me like that. Then I got back and he had me take back the other piece of rental equipment. A bigger tow-behind than I've ever towed before. And as I got in the truck I noticed the gas light on. I was afraid to try to maneuver between gas pumps, so had to return equipment before filling up. I drove the whole distance with 1 eye on the road and 1 on the gas guage.

Came home exhausted from all that stress, made dinner, cleaned up, made tomorrow's lunches, cleaned up. I think I'll sleep well tonight.

((Harmony)) But other than that, it's just soap operas and bon-bons, right? I will have to say, you lead a life that presses you into competence. You have to know how to do so many things, mostly because you learn THAT DAY. I sure hope nope of this is cutting into your sewing time! Oh, a Bernina flyer came today. I thought I was seeing prices but they were model numbers. There were no prices in the flyer at all and that's when I knew I had to throw it away!

((Dee)) a tail light? Really? Slight adrenaline pump!!! Somewhere I read something new about getting mosquitos not to bite you. Of course now I can't remember but if it pops into my head at 2 a.m. I'll make a mental note for you!

Twins Mom, that's quite an overstepping of boundaries by the office manager. I'm sure the cold caller would have asked to speak to the person who makes such decisions, so I'm wondering how in the world it progressed to this. Honestly, I'm blinking and shaking my head right now... .... So, moving to the other subject, why is it on YOU to apologize? Why not the Rabbi or the office manager who were both much closer to the poor decision making? If office manager can schedule her own insurance meetings, she can certainly call a member's household, I would think. Have neither of them done anything to reassure this family all this time? yikes.

Well, I've already bragged about exercise in H and F and I believe that may be all I have to brag about. Tomorrow is another day, one of us says, right?

Thanks, Harriet -I'll wait up tonight for that info. Mosquitoes not to bite would be excellent. DH is really getting bit up -especially when he tries to go out in the shop with dsil at night. Starts around 5pm here. DD did buy something for dsil the other day for mosquitoes though and they're 'dropping like flies' out there.

Got up for a potty break and decided to peek in here to see if POSSIBLY I might have meds on the way. At least I still have some! :? So then it was only a short trip to SHEland. :D Now I'll have to read for a bit to get my eyes sleepy again. Could be all the napping I did yesterday. ;)

Just realized I needed to change my 'location'. I'd love to still be in NYS but 'tisn't so.
