Yes, he definitely will feel better (probably too good), MT. Know dh has always felt better after his stent procedures (he now has 10). I had 5 by-passes a zillion years ago and (knock on wood) am still doing well. You'll have a new man on your hands.

Yay, Mr. MT is doing well!

Back from our walk. Ds is here. He went for a 5K run and is pacing around the house for a bit. He finally broke 30 minutes and is thrilled.

OMG! I don't know how Mr. MT was still walking around. He will feel so good now he won't be able to stop! MT, you must put restrictions on him now or he will run you ragged! I am so happy to hear all went well.

SADIE - I hear what you are saying about your Mom. We will always miss them and feel weepy when Mother's Day rolls around. Last year my sister wrote a little thing about our wonderful Mother and sent it to me and to her 6 children. It was a beautiful tribute to "Nana". Then on Father's Day she did the same for my Dad. On each one I wrote an addendum for all the kids. Your idea of honoring our Mothers - I like it. Somebody start that on Mother's Day this year.

I am thinking of my dear friend Cowinkie today. I think she went off to work today with a song in her heart knowing that her decision has been made and she only has a month+ to go. YGG!! :D (And I think maybe we can do more fun things together this coming winter! )

I put Sadie's idea in my notes in case I open on Mother's day. I really like the idea. It is a great way to honor our Mother's.

Granny duty is done for today. I'm on for tomorrow afternoon. Last week dgson said that his whole class signed a card thanking me for the puppets but he forgot it at school hopfully he will have it in his book bag tomorrow.

Dd said there was a stand off over town and she was unable to get to her exercise class or work w streets blocked off they just closed it for the afternoon. This is rare here.

Weather is not good unless your are new grass ducks or fish that like water & rain! LOL!

H. is shredding. Next up dump trash. Dgd had a blast here and was excited in a good mood that helped. Used the black berry juice in the vanilla ice cream for blackberry flavor & color it was a hit. Dgd helped make her own meals today we made up some mini corn meal muffins it's a great day to use the oven.

Home from work and just ordered a pizza for myself. I actually left work before four p.m., and went to get my car serviced. It was counting up the miles that I was "past due" for servicing. They also were nice enough to wash it and vacuum it out a bit so it really feels and drives well.

Tomorrow should be an even shorter day with any luck. A partner had emailed a draft copy of a big return that I prepared to the client for review over the weekend - he still hasn't gotten back to us with any questions or changes or additions...so that will probably happen tomorrow.

Well, I am off to the luggage place to get anything I see that I might need. A money belt will probably be purchased. I wish I had not left my shopping list at home. Sunday night needs added to routine: put Monday's list by purse. I forgot one thing I did this weekend: cleared out my car!

Oh -- I meant to say earlier -- I love the Mother's Day theme, too! Glad Indiana has made a note of it so we won't forget!

I can add to my small list of ta-da's:
[x] s/s three toilets -- spurred to activity b/c the "bug man" is coming to spray tomorrow (actually, the bug man's wife)
* sigh * They will probably need it again before she gets here, unless somehow I can put dh into kidney failure...
Still need to do a little s/s in the kitchen, and the floors need vacuuming... but I just don't feel good.
I guess I just feel like whining.
Tomorrow is another day.

Three tax returns are now filed. Unfortunately, I still have ours to do and they aren't as easy as the kids' are! (I finished the out-west kids' returns on Saturday but they couldn't file them so I did it for them tonight.)

Choir practice was fun.

Made a quick visit to a church member after. Saw her dh for the first time in ages - he has gone downhill very fast. I'm spooked since we call them 'aunt' and 'uncle'.

The hockey game is on but not going all that well for our team.
