Hey, thanks for the supportive comments, everyone! I feel bad that the forsythia is such a mess, and I sure can let that "guilt" run all over me. Actually, that whole corner of our yard is overgrown.
((lucylee)), I worry way too much about others' opinions of me. I can relate! One of my many growing edges. Dh certainly does not have that edge; he has other edges, though. LOL!
It sounds like you're handling that situation with the woman at church well, OK. I'm trying to picture a dirt floor arena - in the church??
It feels good to be doing something productive; there's nothing like a little busyness (not too much!) to help relieve one's angst. At least it works for me.

x oil changed
x groc. store
x 1 white lol is clean and dry - not folded, though.
Groceries have been put away. Ds and dd16 are packing.
Next:
-find charger for my phone
-tidy kitchen
-pack - clothes, snacks, books - entertainment stuff
