That's funny, Kathryn. I guess dd's only seen the other type and when she asked me about them, I said, well, they do go along with period costume so I guess they are supposed to be!!! :) I suppose this points out to me that men have not had the chances at distinct change and creativity of dress women have had through the decades. However, the person who came up with high heels was not on our side.

I've exercised and the outdoor chores and Evening Daily Card have all been done well.

HRH sent me back this link to the trailer of the movie lucylee recommended. He was very interested.

Hoping we hear more from Mr. DeeClutter, who deserves all the best.

Did Nancy check in today? I don't believe we've seen her today as we usually do.

I finally talked myself into calling daunt. I had kept putting it off because I didn't want to call and start crying, so I have kept up on his condition thru dm. I am glad that I called. Dm had told her why I hadn't called. Daunt told me that she was going to call me but things had been hectic. Her 3 kids and families and his 2 daughters had been there this weekend. Her dh is under hospice care, they check in daily. I managed to not fall to pieces but they are constantly in my thoughts.

Dd1 is working summer school this week, so I won't have my walking partner. We took the mower to the other house and I will mow there tomorrow. The rest of the week I will go over early and do my final cleaning, etc. so that we will be ready to turn it over to them if the closing goes as planned next Monday. Today I moved the washer and dryer out and cleaned under them. That is the one thing that I hadn't done when we were getting the house ready to show. I used those slider doodads and it was so easy. If I had of known that, it would not have been so dusty, crusty under there.

I am tired but had a low bs reading, so now I am waiting up to make sure it goes up.

Waving from a windy winters day here.

I'm glad the baby shower went well Lucylee.

Queens bd long w/e here so quiet.
dog here is wanting his walk so I'll go now. It is a cold wind so I'l be glad of my trench coat to cut the blowing right though me feeling.
Must move.
Just begin.
Living this day, today
Take a reality check; Remember to breathe; Do what I am able to do.
Look for the good in all.
