last night even though exhausted I did a load of dishes

before dailies
put away in kitchen
clean out car so dh can get it fixed.
put away in front hall

dharriet... I no longer have a errand day as there is too much some weeks to get it done in one day. I have an errand card and if I am in an area driving I take it off of there. I was always exhausted concentrating on one errand day. too much stress for me.

also I tried having a 3x5 card for things I needed from the store... not for me as dh would be heading out and need the card when I wasn't home... I painted the inside of our cabinet with chalkboard paint (above the phone) and write on there my grocery list and target list. dh calls me when I am out - I tell him to look at the inside cabinet and he gets the things I need. then erase. you can't see it but everyone in my family knows to write on there if they need something or something runs out

1 hour under my belt. I cleaned one little section of the refridgerator (no more)
did the tossing.
washed 2 loads of fast gentle wash

next sink and counters and more laundry
my heart wants to deep down clean but my head knows it needs to stay focused on basic put away and dailies.

blessed--Saw your concerns about your dd in her junior year. My heart goes out to her. She will find friends. My DD25 had a tough junior year of college. She returned from a semester in France only to be told by her little group of friends that they didn't have time for her anymore! Girls can be so mean. She had even brought them all gifts. I think they were jealous that she got to study abroad. She had to--she was a French major. She did find new friends, but that was not the homecoming she had expected!

I don't use cards, but I may join you over here sometimes. Looks like you and Nancy and Harriet are plenty busy!

thank you Elly!!!! I wonder if those girls ever look back and see how they acted. Sorry your dd had to go through that. I know this is temporary; but it is hard to watch them struggle through it isn't it.

well my dishes are running again
my laundry has been flipped and dried.
lunch healthy eaten
counters clean and items almost put away in kitchen.

took a 10 min cat nap (lucky it wasn't 3 hours )

need to bring a dinner to dmil's house
what still needs to be done after I get home tonight: hang up laundry, sweep kitchen floor, dailies

Journal / letter writing cards up today as it's desk day.
Pre-wash laundry items card up today some time today.

enjoy your journal and desk day dnancy. it's always nice to do those items on cool days.

I am ready for dancing the clutter out the door today....

first family room, laundry, donations (danger danger danger - loosing focus - would rather b on pinterest dreaming instead of making my home look like those houses on pinterest )

family room straightened. kitchen swept, much laundry done and now for putting away
it is time for me to let go of books again (amazing how I think I will read all the things that comes into my home)
I still need to sweep the dog/laundry room
my bedroom needs pick up service
dh dejunked my car
put away in the bathroom
put away in the basement

we hired a cleaning team to come wash the floors and dust today to help me get back on track a bit. my house is picked up enough for them to do the work (not the girls rooms) -

simple dinner
meeting 10 am
330 dd piano
5 pm dd pilates

focus goal
dh and I made our list for christmas solidly now. money to be spent another discussion

1 lol washed and dryed--will fold this next
Chili simmering on stove (our second batch this week)
Finished library book (this is where the time went!)
Read daily devotional

Hope to vacuum basement, too. We will see...

I am seeing some clean laundry!!! even beds changed.... a big cheer for you two *\o/*

looking at my dailies.
ladies came and washed my floors - one dog and ? cat(s) threw up on the floors mmmm
dog hair must be coming from a bald dog somewhere
ready to start

i have my dailies to do- so far emptied dishwash, refilled from breakfast washed counters, dejunked something from refrig., couple loads of laundry washed, one put away, emptied bottom closet in front hall for the boxes of Watts ware I plan to sell on ebay or if I can't get enough for it I will donate to Scandia for their sale (door county)
but first I am off to do some put aways.
12:18 putting away is mentally and physically draining and to me that means I still have toooooo much stuff. I dislike it I dislike it.
well I got my complaining under my belt. now for more put away
