(((OKay))) I hope everything comes out fine for you. My MIL had an aspiration and was fine, too. PMA helps and writing in a journal, sometimes, too. Sorry you flunked the repeat mammogram. They give you so many choices to decide on and they're all hard decisions to make.
Ellyphant, I'm glad your cyst went away and caused no problems, for you, too. Those aprons sounded funny. Cute, too. I love those aprons that have ruffles on the straps attached to the bodice. Cute.
Cowinkie, You're a busy bee. What does increasing Vitamin B do? Is it for energy?
Helia, I used to go to WW and the weigh-in, in front of others embarrassed me. But I loved our speakers! It was fun. I went for years. I have so much WW stuff now, too, because I was doing it on-line, too, but put it all away and decided to just write my food and not count anything. If I haven't lost 10 Lbs. by the New Year, because I'm on a plateau, I might get out my WW stuff and start in again.
Whoosh! I'm back! Had a phone call to answer!

DH is gone to the hardware store and then to celebrate his b-day with his friend. I'm home alone with the humming of the DW. He loaded it and started it this a.m. I dumped 1 bathroom trash and wrote a to do list. I'm slowly getting going on my day. I slept until 9 a.m. because I was exhausted for some reason.
Kathryn, Helia, and
Harriet, and
Booksaver,
I rarely put on my butcher block aprons because subconsciously and consciously it means to me that I'm getting down to boggie and get dirty and work-work-work! I tend to overdo and forget to take baby steps and breaks and go fast and furious. Then, I'm all tuckered out, sometimes for a couple of days, and to me apron = WORK. But daily, I do little things around the house, as I see them and if it's a holiday occasion, family get-together or company coming, I spread out my housework over the span of about 4 days and then go back and re-do the toilets and sinks last minute. I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis, so I'm supposed to baby step. If I don't, I can be laid up for a few days. I love aprons because they keep our clothes clean while we're working. I'm thinking that maybe I'll start color coordinating my aprons with what I'm wearing for the day, to wear in the mornings, to get work done in the mornings, in baby steps. Then afternoons could be saved for finishing up the laundry, reading, doing mail and stuff.

Aprons are motivational garments. See apron, do work.
Kathryn, You gardened a good amount of time. Oh, you have nice enough weather for clothes on the line? Nice!
