Lynlee, I am reading twice and studying how your day was. As you know, I often must read twice anyway, since we two both speak in some regional phrases, making us additionally delightful folks, of course. But your posts are always worth scrutinizing. I think I have one of the spaghetti things and can see how it could help. Men's handkerchief type cloths are wise. So glad the itching is waning. Do not like thinking of you planning carefully how to get into the bed and still having tears. Sigh. Best thought I can give you there is that you will probably get good at it.

Emptynester, ours would manage that the second day, not the first. And for some reason quit and we had to have a do-over, again taking 24 hours. Good job finding a space-saver.

(((LynLee)))

Today has been a good day. Church with family then lunch at Chinese restaurant.

I talked with DNephew after church and he has agreed to work with LO as his personal trainer. It dawned on me this could be very good match - LO adores DNephew and will be attentive to his teachings. DNephew can use the extra money and enjoys teaching young ones. DNephew has been playing college ball, but switched to different university this year and is going to be an assistance coach while finishing up his degree. LO running form is awkward and I'm not making any progress in helping him. Also LO loves playing ball but he is understandable lacking in skills. DNephew can teach him the basics and help LO learn good ball habits. They are going to start with one or two 30 minute sessions a week and see how it goes.

I am making progress on vegetable garden irrigation project. This is much bigger project than I thought it would be. I am maybe 1/2 done. I've asked DH to pick me up another 20 sticks of PVC (200') because I've used all that I had on hand. The beds I have finished are WONDERFUL. It inspires me to keep going and do the other beds. I spent 6 hours yesterday and 3 hours today working on it, however it wasn't non-stop since my "helper" needs frequent attention. My hands and wrist are very tired from so much usage (drilling holes, connecting parts) but it is a "good" tired.

ty for the hugs Harriet and OKay. Sleep is what happens on the couch. I tried the bed one night and blankets were too heavy, bed too flat. I like the slope I can get with pillow bridge built to the arm rest, and the back support I can get lying on my side. Still - its an operation to get everything just so.

I had a snooze on the couch for an hour or so today. I'm still waiting for an appointment with fracture clinic. I did ring today and was told they'd ring tomorrow. ? really? I didn't think the fracture clinic worked on Tuesday. Maybe. Maybe a list gets left to be rung thru tomorrow.
I rang to change my breast clinic appointment from late july today. October. Wondering when the periodontist hygenist is? I couldn't easily find that.

Washing is in. away as its going. Caught up with some that had been waiting in heaps.
Sorted - step into - singlets from others. I have enough.
I made a heap of pj/ other bottoms on the dresser. Usually I hang them with the top in the wardrobe.
