I had shut off the computer and gone upstairs to do my physio but then I thought I'd better write my presentation speech for tomorrow (I'm presenting the congregational gift to the minister since it is her last week with us.)

So, a half hour later, I've got a great speech written (dh is really impressed.) The only problem is that I need to memorize it and get through it without tearing up.

Now, to go do my physio and to get to bed early.

First chance that I have had to post. This is my day in a nutshell. Up and walked with dd1. Ate breakfast, showered and ate an early lunch. Dd1 picked me up and we met dd2 and the 2 little girls, to watch dgs9 play in the state tournament for 9 year olds. Was home 10 minutes and dd2 called. She couldn't decide what to wear tonight, which was her dhs 20th class reunion. Dgd2 was asleep. I told her to pick me up and I would sit in the car with the girls. We had to get gas. She shopped the better part of an hour. Got home and had 1 1/2 hours until they brought the 2 little girls for us to watch. We had them 6 + hours and they wore me out. I am decompressing. A bunch of people were going to another venue, but they picked up the girls and she was going to stay home with them and her dh was going to the other place. I think she wanted me to watch them but I was just wore out. Dgd3 had packed a bag with pjs and outfits for both of them. Mean old grandma didn't bite on that one.

Dgs9 also had a game at 6:45 pm. Dd2 was debating whether she should go. I told her in no uncertain terms that for once, she needed to put her dh first. Dgs9s dad was the coach so he had family there. Xsonil was in the same class as dsonil. Dd2 had always dreaded the day that she would have to go their class reunion. With this tournament, Xsonil didn't have time to go.

Need to head to bed...............
