Lovely concert this afternoon. Just classics. The pianist has been doing music appreciation along with his playing, taking time to discuss the piece first, playing bits and pieces of the major themes before launching into the uninterrupted piece. We've loved that.
Then trivia. The pianist is on our team and came in his tux again. We came in 3rd again. We all sat around talking for 45 minutes after since he's leaving us tomorrow. I'm going to miss him - he's been a highlight of the cruise so far for me.
Dinner was delightful, with the couple we've met through Cruise Critic. And now another time change so we'll get at least 8 hours in bed despite my rising at 6 in order to listen to my friend's church service.
We'll be in port tomorrow but I don't have time to attend a service there since we have a 12 pm tour. A helicopter ride around an active volcano. Hmmmmmm, sounds scenic and panoramic to me but my name cleared the waitlist.
