Sending you hugs, dHarriet, dd15, HRH and ds29. Know the pall that falls on a household when a pet as beloved as Sammie, passes. Your household has had way more than its share this year.
Boy did I ever sleep hard last night.
NOT, Lilac. I don't know what's up with all this sleeplessness! I was awake from about 2-5:30 and then dozed off till nearly 8am. Had to rush out of here to get to church before 9. Dozed a little when I came home.

It's just dd and I this weekend. Dsonil has a show in Tarpon Springs. I'd dearly love to go to Dunedin tomorrow, Sunny. But dd and I have a wedding to attend. She's officiating and I'm not going until the party after at their house. But it will cover the day.

Think I'll go eat and then putter some more in our room.
Begun is half done -SO! JUST BEGIN!!

Oh Harriet! I am so sorry. BT DT. It is so very hard when we lose our pets who are members of the family and will never be forgotten. Lots of good memories for your family of a very beloved guy.

(((((Harriet))))) & (((((Dfamily))))) ♥

This will probably be a quick C. I. I woke up at 8 a.m. with DH, we got up. I'd taken a late night shower-to-slippers, so this a.m. I freshened up and did d2s. I worked on a short story, got it sent, and am also happy to report that dgrson's pkg. finally made it to his house! It went from our State Capital, to Seattle, to Marysville, out to the wrong address for delivery, back to Seattle, to get sorted again, then got sent to the correct address at Mill Creek. My oh, my. This pkg. has had an adventure in 2 days. I'm thrilled how the P. O. has a link, for customers to be emailed of a pkg. travels and locations, too. It's so wonderful of them to offer that extra service. :D

I got my hair cut. I did a hairstyle I did when I was a freshman in high school, because Ddil had it at Christmastime, I loved it them, I loved it in H. S. and figured, since it's retro, why not give it a try again and be "in" again? It looks so pretty with the front sides longer than the back. It's a bob, but angles with the fronts longer than the back. It accentuates the silver I have at the sides of my face, against the brunette of the rest of my hair. DH really likes it. ;)

Oh, it's so wonderful to see people in love! My barber's divorcing, is in love with life again, is so happy, sounds so cheerful, so hopeful, and zippy and energetic and wonderful. I'll need to bottle up her emotions into a bottle and write it into a character's story. ♥

We're nearly out of iced tea, the bought kind, so DH will make Constant Comment iced tea with some lemonade in it with sugar, too. Now that I've cut out all drinks with Aspartame, I rarely have Fibromyalgia pain. I cut out high fructose corn syrup, too. It's sure made me feel a lot better.

I can't believe it's finally Friday and the weekend's tomorrow. It'll be a working weekend for me; writing, the laundry & housework. Trying to get pre-Easter cleaning going soon. Easter will be upon us before we know it.

Worked decluttering on my small office for 45 minutes. I had a spot on the rolling storage cart to do and a spot on the built-in shelf. I threw away stuff to the burn, too, such as old accepted/published manuscripts, envelopes from pen pals, etc.... It looks a lot better in here, I'm tired, but it was well worth all the work.
