Ivy, when we fry almost anything here, the aroma is so enhanced by the coconut oil. I honestly believe you could fry carp (smelliest fish IMO, which I wouldn't want to fry) and it still wouldn't smell too bad in the house! LOL! I enjoy reading about your tiny granddaughter. Wouldn't it be nice if she kept the reddish tint to her curls.
