HRH says, "Tell them I'm tickled to death they could do that."
He's been trying to learn a little about this type of transition and it's complicated! So he was wavering between being convinced K and K and DD and OKayLM could do it, and yet being impressed with the toughness of the job.
Gee, when this village crosses collective fingers and toes, things happen, hmmm??
Our gurus probably couldn't have done it without all the buoyant thoughts that headed their way.

Yay! Thank you! Good work everyone!
I thought I remembered that LM = OK.
Groc. have been bought and unloaded. House has been pretty well picked up - but not completely. I need to do my vacuuming chore. Small group friends will arrive in 1 hour. Usually, they run late, thank goodness. Dh is grilling tonight, so no need for me to cook! That's nice.

Slight disaster here, should be fine now.
Sigh....
Will be glad when we can put this move behind us.
Here a chair literally fell apart under me. Antique, side chair, split down the centre. Luckily I had a chair pad tied on it and the slowed my fall to the floor since it held the two sides together as it collapsed. As well, I'm glad it happened to me and not to a guest. On the other hand, I think I need to make a concerted commitment to the Health and Fitness thread!
Had a great visit with dd. Will make up a wonderful dinner for dh to thank him for his contribution to my life today.

Awww, I was out running errands with DH and missed the whole big magical transition, it happened so quickly! I am so very relieved that it worked, though, and now we can all sit back and breathe for a minute.

Towels just dried, need to re-check to see if they're actually dry. It was a very large load.
I read 2 lovely letters from cousin-in-law & a Dfriend.
I'm crocheting on Grannies. That sounds like I'm laying across a few laps of Granny ladies, while I crochet!!!
Showers are here, on & off. DH cleaned out the car & his little pick-up truck. (What's getting into him?)

He also decluttered the kitchen basket where he keeps old bank statements, etc... Many were too old, so he's going to burn them. A receipt from U of W where they did my mouth roof biopsy, was in there, from 2 years ago, too.
I'll get back to my crochet. I did yoga-Pilates stretches, too. I re-submitted my Avatar & submitted a new quote I received on a card today.

Heard from Norma and Mr. Guy is on his way home. She told Sweetie that the dr said Mr. Guy's knee was really "messed up" and he should be feeling better now. Mr. G gets to come home to his bed, laptop and iphone. He has some contraption that is placed on his bed, under his knee that will automatically raise and lower his knee for six hours a day.....think Norma will need a vacation after this
Sweetie sent a message to Mr. Guy to call when he is feeling up to it. I see a lot of phone calls in Sweetie's future

Yes, you have to find your avatars. If you can't (and don't want to switch to a new one), let me know and I'll fetch your old one from the old boards.
