Just a quick C. I.---
I had a blood draw, for thyroid checks, this a.m., came home, and slept and slept! I must have been tired from the earlier night's 4-hour sleep, although I'd napped once yesterday.
DH had his insulin increased 2 points, otherwise he's doing well, and is busily watching a movie on TCM right now.
I wore my newly crocheted hat this morning, which matches my bulky-knit cardigan, the weather was dry, so it was wonderful just to pull up my sleeve on my cardigan-3/4-lenght-tee, and get the deed done. The big storm heads in tonight, tomorrow, and a few days will be quite breezy, heavy on the rain-wet side, and stormy. I'm glad DH and I chose to go in today, to the lab. The traffic in the storm, for 18 miles, wouldn't have been a joyous trip, nor relaxing.
We had so much fun, listening to the radio, on our way in. I sang and sang. Soft pop modern songs. I was tapping my feet, slapping my knees, and thankfully nobody saw me.

They say, if you "fidget" more, you lose weight easier!

So "fun-fidget" I did!
I'll try to crochet the rest of my matching scarf today. My china cabinet cleaning is on the 'list', but hark. I just don't want to do it today. As long as it's done before the weekend, prior to Christmas, is fine. So, I'll do other things today, since I'm tired, and need to walk, too.
Have a wonderful Monday Marching Orders day! Nice opening, Harriet! I love to march for exercise, too, especially marching in place, while I read from the Nook, perched on the eating bar, or from a book, perched on the back of my upright recliner. It adds pedometer steps, I work up a sweat, and my heart pumps faster, my face gets red and sweaty, and it actually is a good workout, while expanding the mind, with information, as I read.
Waving to you All! Have a Splendid Day!
