Congratulations to Harriet DD!

Blessed - your menu sounds wonderful.

Homeschool continues. Only one more science lesson to do.

I played in the dirt a bit. Brussel Sprouts and Cilantro seeds planted indoors. Three more Pak Choi seedlings moved from heat mat to under the lights.

Menu today includes Homemade Mac & Cheese and Chicken fried pork chops.

Took the bill for orthopedist ($59.24) & went by there before going for hair. Once again I'm glad I took it in -owed $14.62 total. This way I also got a printout of the payment. Got my hair cut now have to figure out when I can go back. Dh will be taking our car 4 weeks from yesterday and then I won't have transportation. Do have a dental hygienist appointment May 17th and somewhere (hopefully well) before then I'll have appointment(s) with an oral surgeon. Oh goody! I'm looking forward to that -NOT.

Better go get hamburg out of the freezer for spaghetti pie. It's already cooked so that's a good thing.
Begun is half done -SO! JUST BEGIN!!

thank you d twins for sharing that you understand!

He is all nice now bc he knew he pushed too far but his mood already affected me.

dh and I went to dd older storage unit - her expensive furniture is ruined. they said it was a pipe but there is not a pipe overhead - it was the sprinklers for sure. it has ice on it and her expensive wrapped mattress is ruined as well as her couch and all the boxes.
Tomorrow I will start going through the boxes and take pictures. I have a feeling that they won't cover her costs.
I will have to tell dd younger to go over to her storage unit and lift it up and cover it with a tarp. It's her camera equipment. she will have to insure it separately

I got coffee for the first time in a long time.
stopped at ups store to ship something to brother
stopped at garden shop for seed starting dirt and vermiculite. I will have to order Biotone soon

I am taking a break before heading outdoors.
turned on dw again
dishes need to be put away

wish me luck - I am waiting for my geranium seeds and I will let you know if they turn out for this summer.

Blessed… so sorry for your dd older. Did she have insurance on any of it?

We are taking tomorrow off and going to the beach in the morning. Don’t know who’s more excited… Meir Sweetie. I knew where my swim suit was but I had to hunt for his. Now if I can just remember where I put our sunscreen. I’m glad to have a day to rest my brain and so is Sweetie :D

(Blessed) sorry about DD's stuff. It's likely that the storage owner has insurance himself and he should cover this stuff.

RRose, Congrats on the new house! Just think, you get to pack and move again. 8-)

This is Kitchen week and I've just done a big huge job. High cabinets are emptied washed and put back together, all the stuff inside washed. 8 glass doors, 8 glass shelves, 4 wood shelves. I even polished a copper and brass teapot. DH helped a little - I handed stuff down to him and he put it on the counter so I didn't have to go up and down the ladder a zillion times. He sat and critiqued where I needed to shine smudged spots. He also brought the ladder in and took it back out for me.

My hands are very sore and achy and my shoulders and arms feel like chopped liver. I'm going to go rest them a few minutes...and maybe take a blue pill.
