It seems to be a day to have techie difficulties.

If I hadn't been so busy today, then I could have taken the time to become frustrated. However, I had to stay focused on commitments and couldn't give any of the problems my attention.

My SUV isn't responding to the fob. I can only assume the fob needs a new battery, but I didn't have time to look. Instead, I grabbed the pickup keys and drove it. I have to be more focused when I drive the pickup because it isn't automated like the SUV. It requires the key to be put in the ignition, to manually lock and unlock the doors, etc. Tomorrow I will take a look at the SUV fob and troubleshoot it.

My phone keeps giving an error message saying no sim card and won't make/receive phone calls or sms messages. ARGH.

The new laptop arrived and is in the process of being set up. Most of my logins require two step encryptions......which means after I put in my password then my phone is used to approve the login. But the phone isn't working right! argh!

Tomorrow is another day. These technical difficulties will keep until then.

The fried pies sold for $325 at the auction. DS14 stayed at the fair and I'll go back to get him. I was ready to get home and put my feet up for a bit.

Twins, I'm very happy you've gotten your phone back. It's always in the last place we look.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NANCY! Hope it's been a good day.

I've had quite the day. Our first Bible Study was today and there was a big crowd. We broke up into our classes and I really like mine. Several who were in my class last year are in this one so that's nice, and I do like the teacher. They will be shifting people around and making another couple classes when all the snowbirds come, but I do hope we don't get moved. It's really great the way it is.

Plan was to get groceries on the way home. The list was varied and had me all over this big store, and back to the far corner once again to get something I remembered that I'd neglected to put on the list. So a lot of walking. Along the way I got a text that the Rx I'd ordered was in at another store...so I planned to go get that also. However, it had started raining and was coming down in buckets so I waited along with a crowd also waiting until it slowed. I had an umbrella, but it's not big enough to cover the cart, and finally I thought I'd chance it...but the wind picked up and it seem to blow it all onto my back. I was soaked and half my groceries. Did drive to the other store and that was another batch of walking...

Unloading the car because where was DH? and drying myself and all the groceries... ate something...fell asleep and woke with every muscle cramping. Took a while to overcome that. Yikes. Awful.

So I'm just now getting on track; cleaned up the kitchen, organized some stuff, and now my pillow is calling. Day could have been worse, at least I wasn't stuck in the kitchen making hand pies all day!

Tech issue here trying to send e-mail to dgson. Unsuccessful 3 times. Sigh.
Dinner was good.
Smoke helped the temp. A couple degrees lower.

I decluttered a car! Yay!!!!
