Re: Monday PWYC
Dee, my hope is that your news is good too.
The thing is, I KNEW his cholesterol was through the roof. A different Dr. had told him that when he okay'd him to get his hip replacement. I DIDN'T get it in writing (lab report) so when I tried to tell DH he had to be careful and do something about this, he denied it was true. Noooo, nothing wrong with me, I've never been sick, no, never, pass the steak! And then he needed the stent. Yep I was right. But now he's on track and doing well. But now we have to keep track. He's Very Lucky.
Raw hash brown casserole. At least it was probably thawed out! Doesn't sound tooo bad...
So, I put together a good dinner from leftovers in the freezer, made mashed potatoes from scratch, added a can of something from the pantry. Amazing. That's why I put bits of this and that into the freezer. Was a hit and we have enough for tomorrow too.
Going to work on my study for a bit. Didn't get finished this morning. DH is not amused at the night light I plugged into the kitchen outlet. Apparently that bulb fell out of the socket up in the stove hood again. Tomorrow's chore.
Thank you Twins, however you should know that this project has been needing done for years. It took a while to 'ferment' in my brain. Or maybe I'm scared about DH getting his knee done and we'll never do anything again... so get 'er done now before it's too late. I have lots of things fermenting in my brain.
Ok, y'all have a nice night.

Good evening!
Happy birthday to HRH!
My brain is too buzzy to CUOP properly. I need to get it to settle down enough to do 20 minutes more work. This is a really long chapter about properties of materials, and I've been taking frequent breaks.
See you tomorrow, I hope! Sweet dreams! (I miss Lynlee.)
