Meant to say that after waiting all day yesterday, when the watch was to arrive the day before  , it finally arrived today. It's larger than I thought but smaller than the hand-me-down from DangerBoy I'd been wearing, so not complaining. There will be no problem seeing the time on this one! And the band is very sturdy, yes. Almost bulky.

from the "How out of touch am I ? " dept:
Does everyone use Micro Soft Edge when making online orders except me? I think tonight was the first time I used it. I was ordering from an ordinary company, not new to me. A square popped up and suggested I try it and it saved me about a fourth of the cost by scrolling through "codes" that might apply. Most didn't. 2 did. I found this eye-opening, partly because everything I ordered was already at a sale price (I know, I know : ya'll are so surprised that I was ... um... thrifty ;) ), and I was figuring there was no further discounting possible.

Have we heard from Dee?

I have looked for larger muffin papers with out success locally.
Got the stuff I made up for shepherd's pie bagged up after freezing it.
Napped after dinner.
Got some journals set up for Nov.
and two I forgot this morning got them caught up.
The house looked better Sat. than it does today but we have rains in the forecast this week
and I can do inside stuff then.
Glad I mowed for some afternoon exercise.
Now that I have tweaked my evening Rx I can do no snack at nite without worry.

Thinking what I can cook in my new pot this week!
