((lucylee)) That's a lot to deal with. Bras are so personal and a puzzle even to the one they are to fit, IMO. I remember helping my dmother with them and doing a marginal job. She had a drawer-full but some were harsh to her skin, others were perfect but too well-worn. Hmmm ... .. I just realized I'm turning into my mother.

As for me, 5 larger presents are wrapped.

The thick eco kraft wrapping paper, as long as quite colorful otherwise (kraft-color usually peeking through) is a creative choice for sturdy boxes, and if it sort of "fits" the gift/person. For instance, a set of boys' hiking boots in their tough box was a natural. As was a set of heavy vintage mugs, still cautiously bubble-wrapped by the e bay lady from whom they were shipped, in her same cardboard shipping box. Dd24 is also a natural for receiving this type of gift wrapping, because she will see the art in it - I'll do a little out-of-the-box thinking for her bow, after sleeping on some upcycled ideas.

And it came in a set of lots of different looks - a necessity for me and my perfectionism, now that I'm giving to so many very unique children. I have this idea that the gifts with which we arrive should show that we know we're giving to completely different personalities. Dd42's boys, especially, get lumped together so often, mixed up with each other, assumed to be "same".

Yes, my year of gift-bags-only (and a matching set of that, come to think of it) was a success, and I know I can go back to that any time. Very sophisticated, too. It's a safety net, though, not my favorite, not what my family recognizes as me.

HRH went to bed early, so I have to stop - only he knows the difference between the gifts/recipients for the other gifts that have arrived. That's how much of the shopping he does these days. Speaking of "get-er-done", that would be a shopping motto for him, also "just do it".
