Dgd left just before 5. No prob. she was no trouble.
I swept upstairs also mopped the bathroom.
I raked leaves into three piles.
Walked the dog.
Dd gave me some great input on the rec. room.
Paint the ent. center and get some containers for stuff that are the same in it like baskets or something for stuff.
I may also put a curtain up not sure yet.

1 LOL dried and some hung up. I brought my stuff in needs put away.
More mail sorted. No plans for New Years Eve or day. Thankful for that. I'm certainly not a party-er. Going to put those clothes away then hop in bed. I've used up all the energy I have. Feeling a bit better, but not all the way yet.
Harriet, thank you for observation about a house staged to show, and one we are living in. It helps that both DD and her DH never leave stuff out. Tidying up is easy for her. There are places for everything. I did notice that shelves and cubby spaces had much less in them than they used to. I asked her if she had to clean out to stage the house, and she said she has a lot of stuff packed up. So, she did not declutter, she packed stuff away. I'm trying not to do that. If I'm not using stuff I'm donating it. She is also intending to downsize into a smaller space.
