Tuning up Tuesday PWYC

We had big flake snow while I was in the line at the car wash. My auto wipers were swiping a lot, then steadily, then, as the snow got quite heavy, fast. I was just waiting in the lineup so turned them off. Tesla auto wipers are a inconsistent. This morning I pulled up onto the highway and did a shoulder check to change out of the on-ramp lane and when I looked straight ahead my windshield was opaque due to the heavy spray off the trucks that had passed me while I was shoulder checking. Yet the wipers remained off so I was going 55 mph, blind. But heaven forbid my windshield have some snow on it while I'm sitting in a long queue!

Dinner was good. We skipped the soup but had salad with the sandwiches.

Ds called to plan out tomorrow. Originally, I was to pick up dgs from the doctor's after his flu shot, so around 9:45. That would free up ds for his dental appointment. But that meant he had to drive here from there (40 minutes) so he was sort-of hinting I meet him somewhere with dgs after nap. TG put an end to that saying the dental appointment would last 30 minutes and she wanted to do the Costco run, so I should just pick up dgs at the dental appointment, take him to lunch at McDonald's and then he'll be able to go home with his daddy and have his nap in his own bed. So that's now the plan.

It reduces my day from 9 - 3 down to 10 - 12:30 p.m. (the dentist is 40 minutes from me so that's the bulk of the time plus now I get to listen to podcasts while driving instead of kids music!) and means dgs won't be here at all so I can put away toys and pull down the things put up out of reach.

Now to get an email sent and then head to bed. It will take an hour to send the email so this isn't a quick thing.

I decided not to do zoom class tonight.
Got the vacuuming done.
Had dinner and got a bit of sewing done.
Dishes are done now too.
I did dust a bit also.
Snow in the south has a cousin & his wife in a room for the nite.
The other cousin made it home.
