(((Cathy))) That is just awful, for a grown woman to be so hateful to another person, especially someone who is supposed to be a friend! I am so sorry that happened to you!
OTOH, sounds like you have others who are in your corner! Actually, the mean woman’s behavior told everyone a lot more about HER than it did about you!

Ah, I was hoping I could squeeze in a post before lucylee, but no such luck. I am bringing up the rear. I’m all discombobulated with DH away. I’m trying to get work done, but this one piece is just horrible. In addition to just plain being a mess, it’s one step above plagiarism (entire paragraphs with quotes thrown around them and no attempt to even write something new around them), and the information in it is mostly a decade old (and it’s about robotics, so things have changed a bit in the last decade).
Smoky here, less so up here by the lake, but nastier as you go further inland. Not too hot, but we have the a/c running in hopes of filtering the air a little.
So sorry to hear of blessed’s ankle break (again!) and in awe of her positive attitude. Also sorry to hear of Cathy’s experience at knitting. (((Hugs)))
Going to pack it in now; hoping to get here tomorrow. Sweet dreams!

I have been outside rounding up tools to put away and put away most of mine, except a few they might need for demo. on the deck.
My garden tools have been put away so that helps and my bucket and caddy for weeds & what ever. That I actually do use.
A/C has cooled it down here.
I have enjoyed it this evening.
Got the rigs back to the temp. spot for this week.

Finally here. It's been really hot here. I find as my age creeps up I can endure the heat less.
Cathy, so sorry you had that bad time today. What goes around comes around. Others might not be so friendly to this person now. She may be sorry someday.
Blessed, that's awful what happened to you. You have your hands full already without this added to it. You are certainly entitled to a pout or two, surely none of us could blame you. Have you been to the doctor and are you back in a cast again?
I scrubbed those 2 big planter boxes and they are clean but not all the black spots came off the one that sits under the tree. I used cleaner and Clorox and 2 scrub brushes. DH says that's enough to do and I should just paint them now.
Well, I will be the bad person here and complain. Wah wah. We had a storm and lost electric and now the computer needs to go to the man (in this case a lady) because I can't get it to turn on. I thought we were done with so many repairs for a while, but apparently not. Sigh...
