Hi safe and sound but only home by 7:15. Blood pressure was certainly difficult. It was only back up enough at one reading but they took that opportunity to finish meds. Sent me home with lower than that but said they had proved to themselves it was the benedryl so I'd be fine

One nurse said she reacted to benedryl that way. Next time, lower dose.

Napped a lot toward the end. Now just very sleepy so hitting the hay. Nite, everyone.

Glad to hear from Harriet and that you made it home safe and sound.

We are getting some rain tonight.
I've had dinner and cleaned up after wards and did up the dishes.

Good evening, if I can still call it evening. It’s not morning yet, anyhow. I’m glad Harriet is home safe and sound; I will have to CUOP to see what’s what.

We have similar weather to Cathy’s. I would have liked to stay home, but I had a doctor’s appointment. I also finally took cones and poles back to a friend’s DH who had lent them to us for driving practice. They’ve been sitting next to my driveway, mostly unused, for months now.

Poor DD had to walk the 3/4 mile to work in this cold b/c of the time of my appointment. She’ll have to do the same tomorrow, as DH and I will be driving to NY for his aunt’s funeral. This is his last aunt, and we missed his uncle’s funeral, so we are going to this one. We will be taking I-80 across most of PA, which I am not accustomed to, so I’m a bit nervous. It will be tomorrow soon, so I’ll stop here and wish you all sweet dreams.
I've got my country's 500th anniversary to plan, my wedding to arrange, my wife to murder, and Guilder to frame for it; I'm swamped. -- Prince Humperdinck

(((Harriet))) So good to hear a check-in from you! One day closer to being done with all this! (((BIG HUGS))) and prayers.

Rose, I hope you have a better experience with the ham than I did last New Year’s Day. :) Telling my story has helped me provide lots of laughs for my friends, so it wasn’t a total failure. And in the end, my ham tasted just fine. LOL.

It is almost 4:00 am and here I am… I may be turning into a vampire. \o/
Tomorrow is another day.
