dh and I are Already sad that dd's are off to the airport - mom is rethinking visiting Florida - dd's both offered to take her for a week if she is up to it. it's not all or nothing. she just can't be alone.

our Gracie dog - was not happy about the suitcases - my dd's dog was standing in front of dd and Gracie went over to him and laid her head on his back. so sad.

Most of christmas has been taken down and are in the dining room - I did get all the ornaments put in their boxes that need to be put away in the garage.

Napped after watching a show on growing lavender.
Made more deviled eggs the last ones I did are gone.
I also made a ham San have not had one of those in a lo-o-ong time. YUM!
It is pouring down rain now. Glad we walked when we did pretty early in the day before
the rain.

Home from temple. Dh is still there. The service was wonderful, they had a "band" of keyboard, bass, guitar and get this, an accordion. The music was great but they didn't play my favorite, Light One Candle. The sound was turned way up. Dfriend V's grandson covered his ears and I offered ear plugs, so went downstairs to get them for him. I have to say, I totally understand. I often have difficulty understand the rabbi, but not tonight.

Latkes were fantastic. Instead of going through the line for salad, brisket and latkes, I slipped into the kitchen and just got some latkes. Since we were there early we saved a table with friends, the dhs all helped with latke frying. For some reason dh lost it with me when he tossed two (more) latkes onto my plate when I was done. I'm not sure what I said that set him off. Anyway, I left soon after. I had eaten, didn't want more, and was tired of people. So I'm home, I lit candles because I missed lighting a menorah when I went downstairs for the ear plugs. Need to go by temple to p/u our menorah next week, or maybe dh will get it tomorrow. a.m.

We have had pouring rain all evening. There was a lot of standing water in the temple parking lot. Also, on the north side of the river bridge coming home - I actually pulled over and called the police nonemergency number to suggest they check it if they have the bandwidth tonight.

So I'm going to bed. A little indigestion from the latkes, but otherwise good. Dh mixes with a lot of pepper, then makes a special batch or two with horseradish.

I’m okay, no need for ER or anything— just my normal panic-nausea-can’t stop thinking cycles.
I’m upset about the doctor’s office because they told me to call and schedule the appointment, and when I call, they say “the nurse will call you back,” but then — she doesn’t.

I’m okay. Dgs came home with me since Dgd didn’t want to. She wanted her mommy, I can’t do anymore about this till Monday, so I will try to put it out of my head.
THANK YOU ALL SOOO MUCH FOR YOUR REASSURANCE AND KINDNESS. You ladies are so patient and understanding, even when I’m going off like a lunatic. I will try to calm down tonight.

Just thinking, Lucylee, our dr office considers this to be “acute” week. I think they only deal with people who have to be seen in the office. Dh commented tonight (Heaven forbid) that the haven’t emailed him back about a script.

Dh was upset that I suggested he shouldn’t have saved a seat if he wasn’t going to sit down. I basically ate w Ds and dfriend V’s dds. Dh never sat down while was there, likewise V and another couple who are friends. But Ds was upset and told him he was over reacting

Well that’s a possibility, Twins. I mean, they do deliver babies, and the waiting room was packed when I was there Monday. And since they closed at noon, (if they were actually open when I called) then they were probably trying to get what had to be done finished and go.
OTOH, apparently my case isn’t THAT alarming or they would have pressured me to schedule when I was on the phone with NP Monday.
