Indeed, Lady Maverick, those off days can really throw us for a loop! I will be in a similar situation tomorrow as I drive 13 hours cross-country to see our newest grandson

I am trying to mitigate some of it - we went to the grocers and I got fruit & protein-rich snacks to take with me. And I plan on 3 short quick walks & strength moves at welcome centers just to mitigate all the sitting. I have 4 such days in the next 14 ... I'm sure they will be "bad" days as well even though I will be trying to do as well as I can.
Nancy, I really like the alarm system. The thought to do similar has popped up recently and now that I see you employing this method, I think it's inviting me to pull the trigger and start doing the same for myself!
Keep it up, Kittykat!

Established healthy habits. April averages -

Sleep - 8hr 02min

Hydration 120oz+

Cronometer - 276 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 1452 calories, 41% protein

Move my body - 5402 steps, 8 hours with 250+ steps

Weight loss is at a pace of -.99%
My new-to-me habit for this month is doing a variety of exercises to stretch and strengthen. I am starting off with VERY light exercises because I don't want to hurt myself.
I will add more reps and weights later. Even with such a light start, I am experiencing some muscle soreness. I know these exercises are needed and will help keep my body strong and supple.
Currently I am using a list of exercises on a sheet of paper to guide me on what exercises to do. It is working for now, but when I start to add the reps & weights then I want to improve my tracking method. I am thinking though the best and easiest way to do this.

Lots of catching up to do here, both CUOP (catching up on posts) and catching up my activity.
I "lost" 1.2 lbs while away - that is weight this a.m. compared to weight the day I left, not the weighted average loss. Because my weight was down for a few days before I left, the weighted average (last ten days recorded, regardless of missed days) since end of Nov. is down 12.2 lbs. I don't know if the weight this a.m. first thing is an aberration or real. I was somewhat active - averaged 6550 steps daily between the walk to the library, doing some laps around the library, and walking at battlefields and around the state capital grounds.
So we'll see if this holds up.
Yesterday I had a small disgusting breakfast (hotel buffer reconstituted scrambled eggs, pork sausage and two disgusting but decent blueberries muffins) and a Quarter pounder with cheese lunch. For supper, I just snacked a bit - lunch was late anyway. And had fewer than 4K steps for the day - five hours of driving and one lap (in the rain with the dog) will do that.
I don't go back to workout until Thursday but have nearly exceeded yesterday's steps already. And we'll be eating out tonight - eggplant parm which we usually split.

Eightisenough, what kind of red light therapy are you doing? My massage therapist is big time into it. Do you have a machine of some kind?

Way to go, KittyKatt! Hard to believe it's already 8 April, though.
I had over 8K steps yesterday - three laps with ddog and lots of moving around the house.

Standing overhead forward fold is my first exercise of the day. I incorporate it into brushing my hair, so it gets accomplished without mental resistance.

Sorry if I misspoke, it's 12 lbs since end of November when I started Zepbound1 Losing that much while traveling 8 days would be dangerous! I was down another .6 lb this a.m. so perhaps it will hold up. We ate out last night - eggplant parm - with lots of gooey cheese but a small portion. (edited to clarify, LadyM!)
