Always a great workout, even when I don't want to show up. Low on steps today, although I did have to do a little walking there in between cardio to catch my breath. Going for 52500 steps this week: would be 7500 daily average.

It is a challenge each night to choose doing better bedtime habit. Hopefully it will eventually feel normal, and I won't have that internal dialogue happening where I argue with myself about doing it.

My weight loss is frustratingly S-L-O-W. I wish I could lose weight faster but my first goal is to meet all vitamin and mineral daily recommendations. By the time I get all those micronutrient goals meet then my calories can't be dropped much lower. Saying all that.....I am very pleased to see I have finally reached 13% body weight loss. Most days when I step on the scales I see a number that I haven't seen since 2018 (7 years!). I have to remind myself frequently to not give up because it is happening so slow. I just need to keep on keeping on because the weight loss is happening!
