Hello, everyone!

Helian, could you research taxi firms or even your local hospital, to see if they can recommend an organisation who provides transport for wheelchair users? We have one, called Freedom Wheels, who provides a "taxi" service in specially modified vehicles for wheelchair users and also for people with disabilities. Maybe there's something like that near you?

It's been another good day. I spent the morning in the garden, and the temperature was just perfect. DH made cheese and tomato on toast for lunch. This afternoon I found somewhere free to park, and had time to drop off my donations at the library's beauty bank.

Now I'm home, and I'm sitting in my garden while I type DF E's article for the parish magazine. Next on the list will be to fold laundry and then feed everyone.

Today's list:

Cuddles and treats on the bed with Matilda, Jude and Freddie

Take Freddie out? ( If he wants to go!)

Does the nursing home provide transportation, helian? The one my DM is at will provide it for a cost although they prefer to set up the appointments themself so they are sure they have a wheelchair vehicle available. They will also send a staff member with the patient if that is needed. Our local buses also do specific doctor runs but that has to be set up in advance and availability can be tricky.

Either way works with Little Bit, kittykatt. I prefer notice so that I am sure we have fun things to do. Little Bit says Grandma and I go places. We don’t just stay home. We are busy this summer…. She has 3 weeks of camp, 2 weeks of swim lessons and we are going to visit DD40 and her crowd for a week. June and July are pretty full. That just leaves August when we may get tired of each other!

Only 2 more cabinets to go…. One will be a quick one and the other one is the cabinet under the sink with all the cleaning supplies so that will take a bit longer and needs to be inventoried.

Lann that is amazing you go places to keep little bit active. I don't know if I could keep that pace with lil j. He's not big enough yet and I am not retired so there is that.

Well I'm home. Oh boy I wish I knew what to do. I don't think I have to do anything. But there's too much drama going on at work. Kid workers needing motivation but my new older guy is needing an attitude adjustment. Yikes. I am going to have to talk to management again that is not acceptable. I can stay out of it cause I am completely on my own job description but goodness...

On to better things. We are all off now for long weekend. I don't know what we're going to get done. It's not going to be super nice out. We'll see maybe it's going to be scheming and planning and inside work.

I am having coffee and then dog walk and figure out supper. I need to do a better job of the kitchen and such but i did floors and moved the plants this morning. So maybe tomorrow I can clean the living room rug and put some shelves up etc.
