Break time just enough to answer the jello salad question. We have 2 favorite recipes. No there's no lettuce in it.. almost dessert like. Lime jello with ice cream and cottage cheese and set up. Orange jello mixes with cool whip and cottage cheese and mandarin orange pieces. Yum. Except we had it almost 2 months ago already. Enjoy your meals wherever you are.
