I just have short posts because I have an awkward set up while I use my main computer for something else.
It is an easy recipe, Trissie. The rice is cooked with minced onion, garlic and shawarma spice. Then the chickpeas are roasted with onion slices and tomato wedges. Then the rice is topped with the roasted tomatoes and onions. It is drizzled with a garlic sour cream and cilantro.
