(((bama and dh)))) I'm sorry to hear about dh being hit by a car, and injuring his good knee. I am sure he fell down - did he hit his head? You mentioned he seems to be having comprehension problems. That can come on a bit later than the immediate accident. And you have all the insurance to deal with - the auto insurance of the person whose car hit him, any liability of the hospital since it happened in their parking lot - they have incentive to report that he did not have any injury, so be sure to follow up!
