Searched for lid. Found it.
Filled rice canister and put the rest of the rice in the big food container
Made “casserole” for Germane with dog food, salmon and probiotic

FFB, I hope you enjoyed your tea in the garden with Mr NG. Unfortunately, I'm not the person to give advice about soft drinks.. I don't drink alcohol, but I don't drink many soft drinks either, ( they're either too sweet, or have artificial sweeteners that my stomach can't tolerate, or.contaim.something.else undesirable) , so I usually just request water. My friends are all used to it by now!

Helia, access for emergency vehicles is always provided during these events , and there are also some "access points" ( so I could get down to vet in an emergency), but it's just too much of a headache trying to find a route otherwise. On a brighter note,. today's lunch was roast lamb, roast potatoes, gravy, mint jelly,.carrots.tenderstem broccoli and green beans, followed by lemon posset, blueberries and cream.

This morning I did strip the bed right down and change all the protectors as well as the usual sheets. I also gave the bedroom a good clean. When lunch was in the oven I walked to the shop to buy a birthday card for DF HT who we are seeing tomorrow afternoon. It was hot out,. but a lovely dry heat. Trissie is right though, we did indeed hit 30 C earlier,.and I wouldn't want to be running in that! This evening I want to water the garden, once the sun has gone round.

That is hotter than we picture an English summer, kitkat! We are enjoying spring here: 19 C and raining. I don't mind waiting for the heat.
I remember my second mother's roast lamb with mint sauce. I'm sure that your lunch was delicious.

Not a peep from FedEx yet, helia. After I've eaten, I'm going to take the recycling down and do a little tour of the main floor to check that they haven't delivered it and not updated the information.
I don't think that I've heard from Peaches since we moved here.

The flower farm was lovely and I had a nice visit with my friend. DD33 did not want to go. Walking on uneven ground is not her thing.
