Now my kitchen counter is socially acceptable!
1 bedroom clutter stack CHECK

4 procrastinated correspondence CHECK

6 hearth - CHECK
Oh my stars! Kathryn is on her outside windows now? We may not see her for a while!
Interesting - HRH did ours today, too. He is complaining about what he calls "rot" of the seals/edges of the screens on the south side of the house. (sun, I'm sure) Oh, HRH says tell Kathryn he got the Eagle's nest out of dd13's window.
I'll be folding laundry until someone comes up with my next number. (save me, save me)
When Emptynester gets back, she will be on her own call of number 3, I guess,
which is where blessed went and we haven't seen her since.
I sent OKay up to her number one and we haven't seen her either.
Oops, did we pick the very toughest numbers?? Or are they over-achievers? (Why do I ask with OKay already having 38 cards done before she got here.)

Twins Mom and Dee should be enjoying each other's company now - best wishes for a great mini-fest.
Has everyone who does the "Fall Back" thing for Daylight Savings Time tonight made your plans. We get an extra hour - don't miss the chance to loll around in bed in the morning! You earned this in the spring.

I'm back!
I took LO outside to play and run some excess energy off. We ran around the fence line together.
Dawn Elise - it is good to see you posting again! I am over 50 too and am raising a 3 year old. When you get time, I would like to hear about your homeschooling efforts.

I'd hate for blessed and Kathryn to miss their Number 1, too! So, when you two need a number, go to the top of your lists!
(I believe Nancy and Emptynester have gotten down to a final task?)
Otherwise, ya'll help me with a number! I may keep my feet up the rest of the afternoon without it! 
Laundry is folded and put away.

I promise I'll do my #1 later but since it is bake squares and clean oven, I'd rather wait until after dinner (so I can use my kitchen to cook dinner.)

I'll just try to see if I can fill in five things for the day:
1. s2s -- colored hair -- shaved legs
2. scrubbed dh's shower stall floor 15 minutes. It's a L..O..N..G.. LONG LONG way from looking perfect, or even from looking "good" at the moment... but WOW -- it is amazing what 15 minutes can do.
3. listened to The Help issues between A., A.'s former mother-in-law, and my dmil (dmil has fired A, leaving dh in turmoil -- "Who does she think is going to help her now on weekends? Why does she do this? Grrrr..."
4. talked to my dmom re: party @ dcousin's
5.
I have a feeling I'm not going to make it to the jewelry store today.
I don't feel better -- just thought I'd feel no worse if I had some accomplishments to bask in while I'm feeling miserable.
Took an allergy pill & two Aleve.

Lights are up so it is on to #2, as per OKay's suggestion.
We won't put the Christmas lights on until the 27th (1st Sunday Advent) but it is easier to get them up when I don't have to wear gloves and laying the electrical (and kneeling on the porch) doesn't involve snow or ice. Later this month, I'll put up the garlands and put out the reindeer, but neither of those tasks are complicated by snow. The timer is programmed and ready to be plugged in, but that, although affected by snow, has to wait until the 27th.
