Booksaver: that sounds darling! Just the kind of thing I love to have (chips and all!)
Dinner is done and the dishwasher is running. I swept up some leaves in the garage that were making it look really messy (my garage is kept unusually clean for a SHE) and crushed the cans for recycle.
I think I'll make a pot of real tea because I'm feeling like I might be short of caffeine. Today is the second day this week I've gone completely without a diet coke/pepsi/dr.P. I had a diet coke yesterday while at Subway and my last can in the house on Monday. With all the other stuff going on with my body, I'm not really noticing withdrawal.

Re: TA-DA! THURSDAY
Pretty good day... after s2s, we visited dmil AND my dparents, and now we are home for the night.
However, my dmom's health is a concern. I'll save this story for J&C.

Re: TA-DA! THURSDAY
My final TaDa for the day will be that I sorted through all the tax receipts, putting them into 5 folders (mine, dh, charity - filed alphabetically to make checking them off against my master list easier, medical expenses, investment chits.)
Before doing the taxes, I have to finish entering all the investment transactions into Quicken for the 2011 year. So all those statements are in a pile, ready to go. That will be an all-day job for tomorrow.
I also sorted out the end of year accounting stuff for the business. I start that as soon as the taxes are finished but almost 9 months are done already so that should be an easy job this year. Plus, since we've worked less, there are fewer expense chits to figure out.

Re: TA-DA! THURSDAY
Good evening, everyone. Cuop before heading to bed.
(Belated) Happy Anniversary wishes to Sadie & her dh!
So glad Mr MT is home & doing well. (That 2:30AM call must have scared you to death, MT!)
Indi, I love your new signature line. Great news, too, about not having to pay the $800 for the machine.
Nice to read that tax season is over for you, Twins! Now you can enjoy focusing on your new home -- much more fun than tax forms
.
OKay, you are so wonderful & such a blessing to your family. Your older dgs will be so pleased that someone cared enough to make a fuss over them on their birthdays by throwing them a party. It will reinforce for them how worthy & loved & special they are, sweet boys.
Too tired to think of any ta-das (there may not have been any
). Oh shoot, I just remembered that I left a set of sheets in the washer. Oh well. Don't want to run the dryer while we're asleep, so will leave myself a note to dry them in the AM.
Waving sleepily to all. Sweet dreams...
