Hi everyone. We had another busy day here. Among other things was a trip to the library to return dgkids books and pick up more for their summer reading program. After they read their books they fill out a form and get credit when they turn it in for a drawing for a prize at the end of the summer.

Best friends of ds and ddil have moved here to the same community where he was able to transfer to the same office where ds works. They invited our whole family to their house for a picnic supper this afternoon. We just got home a little while ago. This is the same family that came on vacation with ds/ddil a few years ago and they all stayed at our house for a week. We haven't seen them since that time; it was good to get together with them again.

((Lilac)).... I sure hope you can get a good rest tonight and feel much better tomorrow.

Twins.... here's hoping both ddogs will adjust in good time to their new home!

Hey everyone! Got back home yesterday. The wedding was truly a joyous occasion. Outdoor wedding by a waterfall up in Dee's neck of the woods. Beautiful weather--only about 2 drops of rain fell. DD is here this week and has gotten me all set up on facebook. I have a new way to be distracted now!

Hoping to hear something of bittersweet's event soon.

Still need to cuop...that may not happen while DD is here. We have lots of fun to cram into too few days.

My knees are feeling better. I just have problems when I stand up after being seated awhile and when I climb and descend stairs. I am up and down the stairs many times a day, since the w/d and computer are down here.

Speaking of laundry dgs18 left July 6 and returned last night from O rlando for the N ational B ible B owl tournament. Dd1 is having carpet and vinyl installed starting tomorrow. They moved everything out to the garage or downstairs over the weekend. Dgs18 needs to do his laundry. Since their w/d are sitting in their garage, I told dd1 to have him bring his laundry over and I will do it for him. They should be done with their flooring sometime on Thursday. Dd1 will be getting home that evening.

Dd2 called this evening. She said that even though she spent $165.00 for 6 of them to paint a small item, it was worth it. She said she seen how NOT to run a pottery studio.

Guess I better head to bed. Morning comes really fast when I stay up too late.
