Dove, that was the cutest video I've seen in a long time. I was sitting here laughing out loud. I wonder how they make stuff like that?!

OKay, I'm sure glad the fire didn't come closer. Is LO excited to be going to school? I'll bet he will miss you.

I spent too long on the phone this afternoon. Probably kept Sunny from starting her sewing project.

Memorial service was nice. Since she chose not to have a lunch afterward, everyone was giving hugs and talking with her and her DMother and DDaughter. So it was a while before the service started. We spent some time with others of our group who used to get together at her house. It was sort of bittersweet. I am out of touch with most of those people, and feeling sorry about that.

I suggested we stop for a bite to eat on the way home. We went to a bbq place and I had all sorts of stuff not good for me, but it was comforting, and good for DH and I to regroup a bit.

I still have lunches to make, so I better get going here.
