No, Ivy, HRH didn't know about the target thing... his idea was how to fill out my goals for improving my performance over the coming year:

"I will endeavor to teach the school board and administrators better methods for encouraging the vitally important Classroom Teacher."

Very good idea. I do NOT have the nerve to do that, however.

I had granny duty this morning and then went to an estate sale after that spent the afternoon working on getting the 2nd coat on the chicken run.
Cooked dinner and then did the pm routine.
