My Saturday is still Sunshine, but it's "iffy" on the Satisfied portion.

I washed jeans, they're drying, and I'm satisfied. I shampooed, am happy with my hair, since I used gel it is not flying away all over.

It's a blunt cut to the collar bones, if it's not gelled and then combed when dry, it flies from static electricity.

Maybe it has something to do with the wood heat, the heat pump or normal moving around.
I'm still reading print-outs from the Internet, from 2010. I was happy to find several print-outs from the neatest-ever site for creativity! For all sorts of artists and writers. For people with hobbies, and I was going to email the link to my mystery writer friend!

Wanted to make sure the site was still there. It is not, am disappointed, but will hang onto these print-outs, not purge them from my files.

So my good deed went undone, but at least I had the intention.
I loaded the DW, sorted mail, set the dawn simulator for later for tomorrow morning because of SNL having Daniel Craig!

He plays James Bond. I remade the bed, from the thrown back morning dash out of bed.

I put 2 postcards on a bulletin board, put a greeting card away, have been putting out fires.
I emailed 2 DF's. But think the strangest thing that happened to me today is how I was tidying a desk, went to dejunk the 1st drawer, pulled out a small post-it note pad, put it into an old Ziploc container to "organize" and said, "I have to read the book first!" and closed the drawer. I wasn't in the dejunking mood. The book says you cannot organize until you get rid of clutter, nor can you organize around clutter. The drawer is full of clutter, so decided to do the steps in the book, which guide me to organize. I'm satisfied with putting that drawer on the back burner.
I'm satisfied with the flow of the day, was very achy from FM and osteo, but with the hot shower/moving around, it's not so bad.
Dee, Thanks for listing my b-day and W/A info. I didn't see that section.
I read that you did find your medicine container, Dee. My Dmil used to say, "A gremlin came here while I was sleeping and he took my....." whatever. She blamed it on an invisible gremlin for her misplacing things. One day she misplaced her dentures, had to pay for a new set, and she had a house cleaner. When Dmil passed away, we found her extra set of dentures in a jar in the bathroom. I thought if she had a cleaning gal, wasn't the bathroom cleaned? Guess what! The counter was full of clutter, but the bathroom was clean. I think the lady cleaned the mirror, sink, front part of the counters, toilet, but didn't de-clutter the "stuff" on the counter.
How long do you stay in FL and is this an every-year excursion,
Dee? It would be so nice to have the warmer temperatures. Good luck with packing. You're so right about late-night eating and BS. I'd gotten diagnosed pre-diabetic, because of my late-night snacking, I'm sure. I cut that out, the BS came right down, so I no longer have that diagnosis. DH has diabetes, too, and he's pretty good about the late-night snacking.
Kathryn, Pizza sounds good. We're eating leftovers, I believe, after a little discussion. Sorry your body's aching, too. I don't know if it's the weather or stress, but my day's achy, too.
Harmony, Swamped Saturday sounds like you've got so much paperwork sorting going on. You said you've got your paperwork crown on. Once, I went to the Dollar Tree, bought a $1 girl's crown and occasionally wore it on some days, to feel more in control, empowered, and hopefully to get more things done. Eventually, some jewels fell out, I started feeling silly, and wondered what a neighbor would think if I greeted them at the front door with my crown on.

It was fun while it lasted.
Dee, It's great that your DH's boss has a camp he owns. Oh, my! Shoulder replacement? I can't even imagine how that must have felt before and after. I hope it feels better when you're in FL because of warmer temps. Do you have arthritis in it? Mine still gives me problems, but I guess that's normal. It's not too bad. I hope your replacement wasn't a terrible painful ordeal. It's so nice when time marches on and things like that fade into a mere memory.
In 2010, I had 11 months of PT, I was scheduled for surgery, but needed a root canal, so the surgeon post-poned my surgery because of risk of the infection going to the rotator cuff. Then I got frozen shoulder,

had to have a special shot under x-ray into the shoulder capsule. I had shots into the bursa sac, too. My surgeon thought I might have a rotator cuff tear, since I'd had an open MRI because I was scared of the closed one. Come to find out, a huge bone spur had fringed the rotator cuff, he trimmed off the fringes, tied it up, took off the bone spur, took out the bursa sac and a portion of bone on top. I was very fortunate to not have had a tear. My DNeighbor/Friend made me homemade, from scratch turkey noodle soup with dumplings, for my homecoming dinner. Wow. What a great soup. I'll never forget her thoughtfulness. I got released from PT on our DD's b-day, Dec. 30, and I was thrilled, after 11 months of PT, to have flown the coup.
Scattered, That's so funny about the double-take and the "you two have to be kin," remark. You must look a lot alike. I'm glad you're getting sleep.
Suzlew, Are you still a slug today?
I have not crocheted, I stretched and moved a bit, I washed the jeans, and will do laundry later. I got no letters in the mail, which is fine because it gives me a mini-vacation from letter-writing. I owe 2 gals letters.
Kally, Is your Saturday still Sleepy or did you wake up?
OKay, It's sweet that LO prayed for the meeting with his bio parents. I met my bio father about 4 times in my life. It's hard to get to "know" someone you see so seldom. I have my only photo of him on my desk, with DMom and me as an infant.

He dreamed of writing, wrote 1 book of Haiku poems, he's gone now, but I sort of feel like he's my Muse.
It's time to go decide if I want to do more laundry or run the DW now. And get back to reading. Oh, I did leave seller feedback for 2 used books I ordered, so I did do something good. Not that everything else has been bad.
Have a nice evening!
