I've cleaned up the kitchen, also doing most of my weekly kitchen chores (which were skipped last week.)

Ds has left for work, taking more leftovers for his overnight dinner.

Laundry is being hung up now.

Time for me to head to bed although I might do physio first since I haven't iced or stretched today.

I've move the Lent forum from Across the Cafe Table to the PWYC Archive Member Only thread so that your Lenten discussion won't remain out in the open for months/years. That was requested by one of the members before we set it up.

Oh, Harriet! I missed the part about your duncle! I am so sorry. Hope things improve through the night. I'll be keeping you & yours in prayer, also.

I. am. so. irritated! While dh and I were working on our taxes it would show at the top how much we were getting for a refund as we added each deduction. When we were all done, it checked for errors and came up with one. This had to do with a 1099-INT form, which is interest income. We had already put it on there at the beginning. Then this new form popped up and acted like we needed to put that figure there, also. I argued with dh but he put it there and the refund dropped almost $200.00. Dh started getting impatient because he was ready to eat. I should have insisted that we eat and finish, but no he wanted to finish. We did and then ate Easter Dinner leftovers. All evening that bugged me and I looked at our 1040 and lo and behold, our interest income is doubled. So I showed dh and his take was, we are out the money and it is the governments gain. My take is we need to amend the return. After he went to bed I looked at T urbo T ax and it asks if you need to amend your return. If you do, you need to wait until your e-filed return has been accepted to do it. I think I will see how involved that will be and then decided if it is worth it. If he would just listen to me. I have always taken care of our taxes and he signed them. Then last year we went with T urbo T ax since it now needs e-filed and I can not find any forms or instructions to do it myself. Since I am not computer savvy, he decided to be involved. It is just money but I still hate to lose it.

Dee, when your gd starts her schooling at the ranch, will it be individualized so that she has the opportunity to get caught up to age level? However it is, it is bound to be better for her future. I pray she uses this experience to turn her life around.
