Helia - How fun! I'm excited for you and family.

Twins - What a great resource! I just spent 30 minutes looking through the new FB planner group. :)

School day tomorrow. Running behind getting LO into bed. *POOF*

I hit the wrong button and lost a post almost completed.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NANCY and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TWINS & DH.

(OKay)
Dee I hope you're able to get here soon.

Sat. we went out for dinner, used a gift card I had. Apple by's has some nice Weight Wat chers meals, I recommend the chicken Parmesan. It was delicious.

Sun. was church and a bunch of fussing with DH in the kitchen. He wanted to make beef jerky. :? Too much work I think.

Today I did a bunch of cooking, trying to clean out a lot of stuff from the freezer. Made lentil & black bean soup with a ham bone. Made chicken and rice with mushrooms. I won't have to cook for a few days now. But the kitchen was a wreck and it took me a long time to clean it up. Mopped the floor with bleach & soap, rinsed, and dried it.

2 Days so far with no nap. I'm very pleased.

Spent a bunch of time looking at big(er) city website. We might be working there. Copied information, forms, directions, etc. Not comfortable with this, but it has been so slow around here, we haven't had a good job in weeks.

I'm off to bed.

I think it was Mr. & Mrs. Sherinjoy whose anniversary I missed. Belated good wishes to you two, also!!!

Well, I spent a lot of time looking at that website too... the lemons one...

That lady says she vacuums her entire house every single day??? Is that not a little bit overkill? Good gracious. I would be so thrilled if I could do it once a week! And she says she does it in 15 minutes? She must live in a shoebox.
What did y'all think about that?
Tomorrow is another day.

Thank you all for the anniversary wishes - it was on Sept. 1 and it was our 34th. I'm thinking maybe we should plan something for our 35th next year.

Happy Birthday to Nancy and Happy Anniversary to the Twins!

Twins - I don't know if I should thank you or not for linking that Organizing website - Bowl of Lemons -ha,ha. I spent an hour looking at all her stuff!
Lucylee - In my humble opinion - she's super duper born organized - and way over the top (Martha Stewart style) - but fascinating to read and look at her pictures. I read that too about "sweep and vacuum the entire house daily" in 15 minutes - what!!! - are you kidding me?? It takes me that long just to do one room. I do think she has good organizing concepts and beautifully presented with pictures, but for me her style isn't realistic for my life - living with two very casual, low-key menfolk.

Night all.

Happy Birthday Nancy.

Happy Anniversary Twins and Mr Twins.

I had physio today. Pushing the shoulder extensions is essential it seems. Next 4 months - Sounds like what time I have to break up the "hair" growing around the ball joint/ socket. It is really looking like surgery in a hurry would be an error. He said forcing it surgically/ under anaesthetic didn't keep the movement in practice. If my elbow is still complaining/ stopping my attempts to straighten arm in extension in 2 weeks he wants it looked at then. Not sure how this will all key in with orthopaedic screening appointment set for 5 weeks time. Its all the same id number so hopefully all the bods that know whats what will look at all factors. MRI is Sunday. The pvt orthopaedic guy - I just want to know what he thinks is going on. So far I've heard him pushing physio.

Pulled more weeds / vine from a section of fence today. Filled wheely bin. (Bin day) I am yet to see a real quote for fencing cost and digger is digging post holes atm.
Just begin.
Living this day, today
Take a reality check; Remember to breathe; Do what I am able to do.
Look for the good in all.
