I got too late of a start today. There was just no way I could get everything done. I still have some time, though. .
Done:
x a.m. routine
x many emails re: Dr. for GG; I have notified the program supervisors and now have some options to pursue. I'm feeling better about it. She wants to think about it.
In the meantime, the ear drops dh suggested seemed to be helping.
x prepped 3 bills for the mail, all related to dd15 and her oboe - France band trip payment, reeds order, honors band and woodwinds clinic day at local smaller U application fee
x drove to post office box b/c I missed the mail this a.m.
x drove dd15 across town to dfriend's house
x groc. list
x groc. store -- forgot items for moms group. ergh.
x put away all the groceries
x gathered items to do
x picked up dd15 from friends house and drove her to her oboe lesson (50 minutes of driving). Another check related to dd15 and her oboe. I told her that today was an expensive day for her musical activities.
x used the time during her lesson to make lists for the week, devo time, and finish a book
x drove her home
x drove to polling place; the 2 items I wanted to vote on were the only 2 items on the ballot! Boy, that made me feel civic. LOL!
x made a large cookie pan full of nachos for the girls, 2 layers
x supper; the girls ate about 1/3 of the nachos. I ate a Lean Cuisine. (and 3 nachos) We also had fruit on the table.
x kitchen cleaned up
Still to do:
- garbage and recycling to the curb; girls are supposed to do recycling
- Office Max to make copies of uniform care instructions
- prep for tomorrow: holes punched in instructions (to slip over hangers), review set up and jobs for volunteers, etc.
I don't think I can get to the gym!
WW tomorrow morning is a maybe since my day will be crowded with uniform fittings. And dd18 has an ortho. appt. at 8:00 a.m. too. We'll see. . . Friday, the other class option, is a busy day too.
