Lady Maverick The only problem I can see is with insurance. I'm not sure you can insure items in a home you don't legally have access to, so should anything you move get stolen, I'm not sure it is insured.
At least the early access explains why they were cutting off the utilities. I had to pay those right up until closing day (legally, it was in my contract.) The house was empty but that didn't make a difference, I had to maintain insurance and utilities and pay the taxes.
I should get up from my seat now. I've been busy catching up around the internet. Received 36 emails today.
But my suitcase is on my bed so if I don't empty it, I can't go to bed!
